Shadows of the Heart by Tina Derusha
Shadows of the Heart by Tina Derusha

You are allowed to be tender.

With yourself. With your time. With your truth.

In a world that moves fast and asks you to do the same, tending becomes a soft kind of strength.

To listen inward. To care deeply. To release what you've been holding so tightly.

Tending is returning.

To the breath. To the body. To the places that ache for your attention.

Through the quiet devotion of tending, tenderness begins to take shape in your life.

When you give yourself space to feel, to rest, to mend, you begin to remember what truly matters.

Protect your energy. Choose the people and practices that nourish you.

Let yourself be held... by stillness, by breath, by your own steady heart.

This week, may you tend gently.

To the world. To the practices you hold sacred. To who you are becoming.
