hold fast, dear one.

your feet are your roots.

bury them deep in the ground.

connect within

and listen to the song of your heart.

release the chaos echoing from within.

feel the energy of the wind,

the light of the sun,

the support of the earth and

the truth of the trees.

be here now

as the chaos fades away.

focus your attention on love.

ask for serenity.

dress in peace.

undress freedom.

you are an expression

of the universe.

stay present with knowing.

be free.
