A monthly women's community gathering devoted to personal truth, collective healing, and embodied expansion. Expect: Cross-generational, honest conversations and shared remembrance. Join fellow practitioner Dana Albrecht (@intuitive_thread) and me on June 14th. Our first gathering explores the dance between connection and self-honoring. Through somatic practice, storytelling, partner sharing, and meditation, you'll experience how to belong without abandoning yourself, receive without guilt, and give from fullness rather than depletion.
