Service Description

A custom-crafted experience for your group. Breathwork, somatic practice, and deep rest — woven together around a theme you choose, or offered as a gentle, restorative session for whatever your people need right now. Each session includes hands-on support: soft body adjustments, essential oils, and Reiki to invite a deeper settling into the practices. You'll gather in a spacious, light-filled studio with beautiful hardwood floors in Uptown Grand Rapids. A space that feels like a breath itself. Sessions are 90 minutes and start at $349 for up to 5 guests; additional guests are $49/person. The space can accommodate 13 people total.
