Stories That Shape Us: A Transformative Forest Experience in Self-Reflection and Connection

If someone asked you to describe the story of your life, what would you say? Does this story align with the story that you wish to share with the world? Join One Beautiful Life retreat facilitators Katie Venechuk (In Your Element Wellness) and Tina Derusha (Breathe Luna Zen) for a women’s workshop in the forest and an exploration into the power of recognizing how our stories and experiences connect us to the past, call us to presence, and help us imagine the future. This experience will begin with guided forest bathing to help you relax, release the pressures of day-to-day life, and recognize your distinct place within the web of life that exists all around you.

From there, we’ll gather for a circle in a beautiful forest clearing and you’ll be invited to explore the stories that you carry within through guided visualization techniques, opportunities for reflection, and more.
