In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, I’m offering a free 30-minute virtual Breathing Meditation session on Sunday, May 11 at 8 pm ET.
This simple, grounding practice is a gentle way to tend to your inner world, easing tension, calming the nervous system, and creating space to breathe more freely. As the Full Flower Moon rises—symbolizing blooming, release, and emotional clarity—we’ll use this time to reconnect with what brings us back to center.
