In-Person Private Breathwork Session

Service Description

We'll spend a little time getting to know one another in our first session. We'll assess any areas where you may be feeling blocked; that may be physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, or creative. We'll do an intention-setting exercise before we begin to get your mind prepped for the work of allowing your breath to do the healing. Do expect your experience to be different every time you do a session - no two are alike! You get the most benefit from one to one sessions when booked in a series which is why I offer a 4-session package. I suggest booking your breath experiences over a series of several weeks to do the deep work of healing and transformation.
