In-Person Private Breathwork Session

Service Description

We'll spend a little time assessing any areas where you may be feeling blocked; that may be physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, or creative. We'll also do an intention-setting exercise before we begin to get your mind prepped for the work of allowing your breath to do the healing.
