This exploration is designed to restore balance, awaken the mind-body-energy connection, and deepen your understanding of the subtle body. 12/15/24 - Session 1: Energy release, practices for grounding and detoxification, deep relaxation for letting go. 1/19/25 - Session 2: Energy attunement, breathwork for core engagement, guided integration for inner balance. 2/16/25 - Session 3: Inward energy flow, breathwork to expand lung capacity, Yoga Nidra for energetic nourishment. 3/16/25 - Session 4: Upward energy flow, breath practices for self-expression and vitality, Yoga Nidra to awaken clarity. 4/20/25 - Session 5: Energy circulation, breathwork for expansion, deep rest to harmonize and amplify heart-space flow. What is Breathwork? Breathwork uses conscious, rhythmic breathing techniques to alter your state of awareness, release tension, and tap into your body’s natural energy systems. By learning to activate and balance the prana vayus, you’ll access deeper layers of calm, clarity, and emotional release. What is Yoga Nidra? Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep,” is a deeply restorative guided meditation practice that takes you into a state of profound relaxation. In this space, the body rests while the mind remains aware, allowing for deep healing, integration, and a sense of renewal. Together, breathwork and Yoga Nidra will guide you to rejuvenate and realign your energy from the inside out. Each session weaves together powerful breathwork and embodiment techniques with the profound stillness of Yoga Nidra, enabling you to harness and balance each unique prana vayu for physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. No experience necessary - all levels welcome! Workshop Series - Join Us Your Way: - Take any session independently to experience the unique benefits of each vayu.
