During this two-session experiential workshop, you'll learn how to bring your body into a calmer, clearer, and more balanced state through dynamic breathing techniques.
Conscious, connected breathwork offers personal transformation by helping you focus your attention inward as you quiet your mind and tune in to your body's physical cues while you process and integrate our emotional waves. In session #1, you'll learn how to regulate your nervous system with simple breath techniques to calm your body and mind. Session #2 will be a deeper breath journey inward focused on one rhythmic pattern and enhanced with a music playlist.
You'll leave feeling less vulnerable to stress, anxiety, and overwhelm and have an overall sense of well-being.

Throughout each session, you'll be seated comfortably on the floor or lying down flat / semi-reclined. Wear comfortable, loose clothing. If you have these items available to you, please bring:
• Yoga Mat
• Pillow + Blanket(s) - to make a "nest" for yourself
• Eye Mask or Eye Pillow
• Optional: Journal + Essential Oils + Lip Balm
