This 75-minute workshop is designed to guide you through a practical, accessible approach to cultivating restful ease, giving you tools to support your journey toward sustained well-being that help unlock a natural state of healing, recovery, and relaxation.
In this session, you'll learn conscious breath practices to promote calm and enhance emotional resilience. You'll be guided through a breath journey that balances the nervous system, preparing your body and mind for deeper rest. The workshop concludes with a Yoga Nidra-inspired progressive relaxation practice, allowing you to experience peace and restoration of your mind and body.
